received really great constructive feedback from a few people, so i made a couple updates based on their suggestions:

UI
- more screen resolution options, which now replace pointless menu control option
- screen resolution is remembered
- high score flag now displays a star if the minigame is perfected
- stats now show how many fashions you have unlocked

MINIGAME BALANCING
- eased difficulty of beginning of xxxx minigame
- smog clouds in smog minigame now have varying levels of transparency
- arachnid minigame difficulty increased
- more money for getting strykes in baby bumper bowling minigame

- fixed a few game-breaking bugs
